Seoul Station is a new, soulful disco project of Mongoose.

I spent two very intense year in Japan and the album High Life, Low Level is a tribute to this mind blowing period of my life in Asia. It might seem overly serious on the surface, but the subtle satirical undertone is a reflection of the strange combination of love, consumerism, friends, greed, compassion, exclusivity and other ambivalent feelings that was present in my everyday life.

Wherever I ended up going, I made sure that my disposable film camera is always within reach. I took these photos over sweaty, boozy nights and tranquil days. Each of these songs capture my feelings and atmosphere of the moment the pictures were taken.
